// 01. SATISFACTION PROTOCOL

Every GrindWear unit is custom-fabricated for you. While we don't refund for "change of mind," we fully support size exchanges and store credit. We want you to feel powerful in your gear, not stuck with it.

Exchange Conditions:

  • > Request initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • > Item is unworn & unwashed. (Trying it on for fit is perfectly fine).
  • > Original tags and packaging are preserved.

TACTICAL NOTE: Please ensure no scents, stains, or hair are on the gear to ensure a smooth exchange approval.

// 02. QUALITY GUARANTEE (DEFECTS)

We stand behind our engineering. If your gear arrives damaged, misprinted, or compromised, we will deploy a replacement or full refund immediately at no cost to you.
